By the end of 2020, Dutch Retail Concept was commissioned to completely redesign the entire garden center after construction was completed.
Unfortunately, here too the pandemic had a delaying effect on the realization, but we are now really heading for the finish!

Today we started the Artiflora project in Platja d’Aro (Gerona) Spain. The 3,260 m2 new construction and renovation of the old section will be built as a whole, fully in line with the Jardinarium garden center concept.

The renovation of the old section of the Nimita - Beringen garden center in Belgium is in full swing. At the same time, we are furnishing the new-build section.

After years of going through permit applications and procedures, the permit was finally issued in September 2020 for 1020m2 of new construction.

Dutch Retail Concept has relocated and has accommodated office and storage space in one company building located on the Vlietskade industrial estate in Arkel.

The construction of the garden center is progressing steadily and it is expected that the construction can be completed mid January.
From January 25, 2021, Dutch Retail Concept will start furnishing both the existing and the new part of garden center Nimita. Completion mid February.

At the end of week 46, Dutch Retail Concept was commissioned, after the realization of a 1,200 m2 new construction for the Nimita garden center in Beringen, to completely redesign the new and the existing building.
