After years of permit applications and procedures, the permit for a 1,020m² new building was finally issued in September 2020. This new construction and the renovation of the existing 2,240m² garden center were carried out by the Belgian greenhouse builder Deforche.

Dutch Retail Concept started the complete (re)design of the entire complex in mid-February. The (re)opening was initially planned for the end of March 2021, but due to the Covid-19 situation, the work was slightly delayed.
